Nature in Mind

I was invited by Primary’s Engagement Curator to design and lead a series of workshops at Primary Gallery over summer 2022 for the Nature In Mind group ( Framework, charity ) and artists from Primary's Studios.

Across five sessions a changing group explored the garden and outside space at Primary to make creative outcomes and experience the wellbeing benefits of being outdoors.

Sessions involved:
- Mapping the garden and re-designing the space through movement and drawing.
- Learning about plants, their health benefits and foraging to make tea.
- Using natural materials for a collaborative collage
- Cyanotype printing
- Creative writing

You can see a zine linked on this page, that I created from bringing together the work made by participants, this documents the groups work together, they each received a copy following the workshops.
